The brief
From the site
Joinery
Layout, carcass, shutters and stone, drawn for the room you already have.
Kitchen workA written figure
Tell us the space. We will come back with the next step and a figure you can read.
Share how you live or work, and the floor plan if you have one.
We read light, levels, structure and the services already in the slab.
Layouts, materials and a written estimate, before anything is ordered.
Finishes are locked, then one site lead runs the work to handover.
Step 1 of 8
We listen to how you live or work, and what must change.
Step 2 of 8
Levels, light, structure and services are read on the ground.
Step 3 of 8
Drawings, materials and the order of work are set together.
Step 4 of 8
A clear figure, with inclusions and exclusions written in plain language.
Step 5 of 8
Boards, finishes, metal and fittings are chosen before ordering.
Step 6 of 8
One site lead coordinates trades against the programme.
Step 7 of 8
Lines, shutters, leaks and electrics are checked before we call it done.
Step 8 of 8
You receive the finished rooms, the snag list closed, and care notes for what was built.
Book a free design session and we will put the rooms, the materials and the estimate on one page.
Book free design sessionAfter the enquiry we propose a time. Occupied homes are usually visited in daylight so we can see damp and levels. The form’s timeline helps us prioritise.

Yes. Each service can be commissioned alone. If the adjoining work will affect it — plumbing for a kitchen, a slab for a shed — we will say so.
Meet a designer who will bring the rooms, the estimate and the site into one plan.
